To help make your stay at The Villages at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Brewster as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.

Resort fee varies per room type. It is not included in price of the room and is payable at the hotel. Contact the hotel for more information. Please note, private beach access is limited to accommodations in The Mansion at Ocean Edge. Accommodations in The Villages at Ocean Edge do not have private beach access; however, passes to area beaches are available for purchase.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
